The occupancy calendar

Reading the grid

Each cell shows the free units of that type on that day, and the color intensifies with occupancy: green when there is room, amber when few are left and red when it is full. So you spot gaps and peaks without counting by hand.

   Block for maintenance

   Click a free cell → choose the range and the reason (works, painting…) → those nights stop selling on ALL channels.

2. 2

   Reopen

   Click a blocked cell → confirm. It goes back on sale instantly.

Tips

• Weekends are highlighted in the header.
• Existing bookings are never touched when you block: only new sales are stopped.
