Smart search and languages
The panel is designed so you do not need to memorize technical names. You can search with normal hotel words, even in the main languages your team may use, and Help can be read in ES, EN, FR, DE, IT or PT.
Search in your own words
- 1
Search from anywhere
Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on Mac) and type the idea: “no me pagan”, “internet”, “persona puede entrar al panel”, “parte policía” or “Airbnb”. The panel ranks the most related option first.
- 2
Use the configuration center
In Configuración (Settings) you have the same index, with explained cards and the full route of each one: for example, “internet” opens Configuración → El hotel → Datos del hotel → WiFi para huéspedes and “deposit” opens Configuración → Tu web y los canales → Conexiones → Pagos.
- 3
Search the public documentation too
The same search exists at docs.oxpea.com: anyone on your team can use it without logging into the panel.
- 4
Translate your website with Studio
Open your website editor (Studio) and use the same language switcher: AI translates your public content and shows it in the preview before you publish.
- Calendario (Calendar)
- Occupancy
- Invoice
The documentation in your language
At the top right of Help you can switch between Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. It changes both the articles and the guided tutorials, so your whole team can read in their own language.
That same selector exists in your website editor (Studio): it translates the public content with AI and shows it in the preview. Your base content is not deleted: you edit in your language and the translation is generated on top.
Tips
- You do not need exact wording: “cobrar señal”, “deposit”, “paiement” or “pagamento” point to payments.
- If several results appear, add a business word: “invoice VAT”, “Airbnb channel”, “room beds”.
- Configuration search is local and fast: it does not send your query to an external provider.
- Before publishing website translations, review them as you would review any guest-facing text.
Frequently asked questions
Can I search in English, French, German, Italian or Portuguese?
Yes. The index understands common hotel terms in those languages and links them to the Spanish panel section.
If I change the Help language, does it also translate my website?
Not directly: the Help switcher only changes what you read here. To translate your website, use the same switcher inside the editor (Studio), as explained above.
Can I fix a website translation I am not happy with?
Yes: edit the original text in your language from Studio and regenerate the translation; your base content is never deleted.
What if I still cannot find something?
Try one more business word: “payment”, “invoice”, “cleaning”, “user”, “channel”, “website”, or open the “Troubleshooting” category of this same help centre.
