Configuración → El hotel → Habitaciones defines WHAT you sell: each type has units (how many there are), capacity (base occupancy) and a base price per night.

What a room type is

You don’t sell individual rooms, you sell types: “Double”, “Suite”, “Family”. The engine controls inventory by type, so you never sell more units than you have.
