Change dates or room without risk

You can change the dates, room and number of guests of a confirmed booking. The change is atomic: the nights you keep are never released, so nobody can “steal” the room mid-change.

    Open

    In Calendario (Calendar), click the booking’s bar (or find it with ⌘K): its record opens on the “Información” (Information) tab.

    Change

    Change the room, dates or number of guests and click “Guardar cambios” (Save changes). On the rack you can also drag the bar or stretch its edges.

    Review the price

    When you save you’ll see the DIFFERENCE: to charge (if it goes up) or to refund (if it goes down), calculated with the current rates.

Tips

  • If the change is not possible (no availability), the original booking stays untouched.
