Assistant permissions
The AI concierge and the Copilot are already active once you turn them on in Modules; here you decide WHAT they can do, channel by channel: only answer questions, or also create and change things on your behalf (with confirmation).
Two levels, per channel
- Answer only: the assistant replies using your knowledge base, but does not touch any booking, price or scheduled message.
- Answer and act: it can also create or change things (e.g. a message scheduler), always showing a summary of the change (diff) and asking for your confirmation before applying it.

Important
Nothing is applied without your confirmation: neither the Copilot nor the concierge change a price, a booking or a scheduled sending on their own.
Tips
- Start with "answer only" on new channels and move up a level once you trust the answers it gives.
