Sign-up and first access
When your hotel signs up with oxpea you get an email with a one-time access link, valid for 24 hours. From there you create your password and turn on two-step verification.
The sign-up email
The email arrives at the address you gave when signing the contract, with a personal access button. Open it as soon as you can: for security, the link expires after 24 hours and only works once.

Choose your password
At least 12 characters, and one you do not use anywhere else.

Confirm your email
It is the address that will receive the hotel's alerts and, if you turn it on, the access codes.

Turn on two-step verification
Add an authenticator app or your phone from Configuración → Equipo y seguridad → Seguridad: even if someone steals your password, they cannot get in without that second step.
Tips
- Keep your password in a password manager: if you lose it, it can be reset, but not recovered.
Frequently asked questions
Can more than one person from the hotel have access?
Yes: each member of your team has their own access and permissions, which are set up in Configuración → Equipo y seguridad → Equipo.
