Campaigns and Offers: discounts, packages and gift vouchers
Configuración → Precios y venta → Campañas y Ofertas brings together campaigns with specific dates (to boost bookings in a slow period), permanent promotions and discounts, multi-service packages, and gift vouchers that can be sold and redeemed.
Campaigns and events
A campaign has start and end dates, and it acts on pickup (how many bookings come in) or on a one-off minimum stay; it does not send any message on its own, it only changes the sale conditions.

Packages and gift vouchers

Create a package
Combine a room and extras (breakfast, spa...) into a single closed price.

Turn on gift vouchers
The guest buys them on your website and redeems them later against a booking; the balance is deducted automatically.
Important
A Marketing campaign (Business intelligence) does not send any message to the guest: it only organizes the sending. The offers here do not either: they change the price, they do not notify anything.
Tips
- A gift voucher expires if you set a deadline; otherwise, it stays redeemable.
