SES.Hospedajes: setting up your credentials

Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 requires reporting your guests’ data to the Ministry of the Interior. Configuración → Tu web y los canales → Conexiones sends the report for you as soon as you connect your SES.Hospedajes credentials.

Before you start

You need the establishment already registered on the SES.Hospedajes portal, plus a dedicated user for automatic sending: it does not have to be the same one you use to sign in by hand.

    Find your establishment code

    It is on your record in the SES.Hospedajes portal.

    Request the automatic-sending user

    Request it from the Ministry if you do not already have one: a dedicated user and password so oxpea can send on your behalf.

  3. 3

    Choose the environment

    Start with the simulator or the test environment: those submissions do not count as legal reporting, so you can practise risk-free. Move to production only once "Test connection" turns green.

  4. 4

    Upload the certificate (in production)

    It protects the sending of the reports; also save its expiry date so we can warn you before it runs out.

Important

Photos of ID documents are never sent: only the minimum data the law requires, and a report with an invalid field is blocked before it leaves the hotel.

Tips

  • Always test in the simulator or the test environment before going to production: that way you catch a wrong field without it counting as a real submission.
