Costs: fixed, variable and one-off
Configuración → Precios y venta → Costes records what your hotel spends over the year: what you always pay, what depends on how much you sell, and one-off expenses. It does not affect the price the guest sees; it is information so you know what each room really costs you.
Three types of cost

Fixed
You pay these the same whether you sell a lot or a little: rent, insurance, base salaries...

Variable
They go up and down with occupancy: laundry, amenities, channel commissions...

One-off
An expense in a specific month: a refurbishment, a repair, a big purchase.

Tips
- You do not need to be exact to the cent: a reasonable estimate already improves pricing decisions a lot.
