Channels with Zodomus: Booking, Expedia and Airbnb

Zodomus is one of the channel managers oxpea uses to sync Booking, Expedia and Airbnb with your inventory. oxpea manages the account and the technical keys: your part is mapping rooms and rates and testing before activating each channel.

Who does what

oxpea opens and maintains the Zodomus account; you choose which channels you want (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb...) and register your property in each extranet pointing to oxpea’s connectivity. We take care of the technical side.

  1. 1

Register the channel in its extranet

In Booking.com Extranet or Expedia Partner Central, choose "API/channel manager connection" and provide your property identifier.

  2. 2

    Map rooms and rates

In Configuración → Tu web y los canales → Canales you match each of your room types and rates to its equivalent on the channel.

  3. 3

    Turn on test mode first

Check in a dry run that availability and prices flow correctly before selling for real.

  4. 4

    Go live

Once the dry run is correct, the channel is activated: from then on, a Booking reservation reduces your inventory just like a direct booking.

  • ExpediaExpediaSuiteMapped
Each room on the channel points to its type in oxpea.

Important

The inventory is ONE: overbooking is not possible even if you sell on several channels at once, because they all share the same stock.

Tips

  • If a channel stops syncing, Configuración → Tu web y los canales → Canales shows its status and the last successful sync; contact support if it does not recover on its own.
