Configuración → El hotel → Datos del hotel holds the hotel’s identity and contact details, the arrival and departure times, the guest WiFi, the house rules and the cleaning times.

Identity and contact
Name, phone, email and address: this is what the website, the guest emails and the invoices use.

Arrival and departure
Default check-in and check-out times, the ones shown to the guest when booking.

Guest WiFi
Network and password the guest receives with the booking; change them here and every message picks it up.
Tips
- Stay rules (minimum and maximum nights, lead time) no longer live here: they are set in Configuración → Precios y venta → Tarifas → Reglas de estancia, and what is specific to certain dates is set in Calendario.
- The light/dark theme is switched from your user menu, not here: the “Apariencia” (Appearance) section was retired because it duplicated that button.
- If something looks like sample data, demo/sandbox mode is in Configuración → Plan y ayuda → Módulos → Modo demo/sandbox.
- Do not store real credentials in notes or free text.
