Get to know the panel in 2 minutes

The panel is organized into sections (left sidebar), and each section has sub-tabs at the top. Everything you see is exactly what your team sees, according to their permissions.

How it is organized

On the left you have the main menu (sidebar) with the hotel’s big areas. When you click one, the content changes on the right and, at the top, sub-tabs appear with the related views for that area. The structure is the same for everyone: each person only sees the areas their role allows.

    Sidebar

    Inicio (Home), Calendario (Calendar), Comunicaciones (Messages), Inteligencia de negocio (Business intelligence) and Configuración (Settings). Click to switch sections.

    Sub-tabs

    Inside each section, the related views (e.g. Inicio · Resumen (Summary) and Analítica (Analytics)). Calendario has none: it is a single view with layers.

    Light/dark theme

    From your user menu (bottom left) you can change the look of the panel.

Quick search (Ctrl+K)

You don’t need to memorize where everything is. Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on Mac) at any time, type what you are looking for in plain words and jump straight to that view or action. It is the fastest way to move around the panel.

Type and jump: search ranks the most relevant result first.

Tips

  • Your starting point every day is Inicio: arrivals, departures, occupancy and pending payments.
  • If a tab is missing (e.g. Yield or the AI Concierge), enable it under Configuración → Plan y ayuda → Módulos.
