Check-in with a document scanner
Check-in lives INSIDE the booking: in its «Check-in» tab you register each traveler with «Añadir a mano» (add manually), «Capturar documento» (scan the DNI/passport; AI-powered OCR extracts the data) or «QR en pantalla» (the guest fills it in on their phone). You confirm before anything is sent to SES.Hospedajes.

Scan the document (OCR)
Open the arriving booking from Inicio (Home), the Calendario (Calendar) or the search (Ctrl+K); Inicio marks which ones already have check-in done. In its «Check-in» tab, «Capturar documento» (Capture document) reads the DNI or passport with the camera or a photo (front and back if it is a DNI): the AI extracts the data (OCR) and prepares a draft of the report. You can add several guests to the same booking.

Review and correct
The panel is the authority, not the AI: review the draft and correct any doubtful field. Validation errors (DNI check letter, dates) are flagged BEFORE sending, guest by guest, so you never report anything incorrect.

Confirm and queue the report for SES
Nothing leaves the hotel until you press “Confirmar check-in y encolar el parte para SES” (Confirm check-in and queue the report for SES). Once confirmed you’ll see the summary of the submission and the status of each traveler.
Tips
- Online check-in: send the guest the link so they upload their details BEFORE arriving (“Invitar” — Invite button).
