Rates: the price layers
Configuración → Precios y venta → Tarifas controls HOW MUCH you charge. The final price is built in layers — base, season, channel markup and special day, in that order — and the simulator in “1 · Precio base” shows you the exact breakdown the guest will see.

The price is built in layers
The server is the authority: the price shown is the one held and the one charged, with no surprises for the guest or for you.

- 1
1 · Precio base (Base price)
The starting price of each room type. Next to it sits the simulator: try dates and guests and you’ll see the final breakdown, identical to the website.
- 2
2 · Temporadas (Seasons)
Date ranges with their own price (e.g. July–August at 150 €). They override the base price on those days.
- 3
3 · Recargo por canal (Channel markup)
What each OTA adds on top of the season-adjusted price, in % and/or a fixed amount. 0 = same price as your website.
- 4
4 · Días especiales (Special days)
A recurring price per weekday (pricier Fridays and Saturdays) plus per-date policies. A single day is overridden in the Calendario, Precios layer.
- 5
Impuestos (Taxes)
VAT (included in the displayed price) and tourist tax per person per night, with a night cap and a minimum taxable age depending on the region.
- Base price—90 €
- Low seasonNov–Feb70 €
- High seasonJul–Ago150 €

Tips
- Offers are no longer here: discounts and gift vouchers live in Configuración → Precios y venta → Campañas y Ofertas. Stay rules are back here, in Configuración → Precios y venta → Tarifas → Reglas de estancia.
- Yield (Inteligencia de negocio → Competencia → Recomendación) can add a global ±% on top of all this.
