Sends and retries
Configuración → Registros → Envíos is the safe queue for sending to external providers: email, SES, Verifactu, WhatsApp and other services.
A queue that loses nothing
Communications to third parties are not sent "raw": they go through a queue that records every attempt, so they are never lost or duplicated. If the provider is down, the message waits and is retried with the same audited content once the service is back.

Narrow by provider, status, or booking to find the affected send.

Retry from the queue
When the provider is back, the retry uses the same audited data and avoids duplicates.
Tips
- An external outage does not break operations: it is recorded for retry.
- Errors are redacted without PII or credentials.
